The University of Karachi conducted an entry test for the BS Third Year program for the academic year 2022 on Saturday.

The candidates appeared for the admissions in the departments of Computer Science, Karachi University Business School, and Public Administration. As many as 273 online admission forms were received of which 246 candidates appeared in the entry test held in seven examination rooms. The 100 minutes long entry test was conducted in the Department of Economics.

The entry test was started at 11:00 am while separate waiting areas were established for the family members of the candidates and facemasks, hand sanitizers and thermal guns were also available at each examination room to facilitate the candidates.

The KU Dean Arts and Social Sciences Professor Dr Nusrat Idress, Professor Dr Anila Amber Malik, along with the in-charge Directorate of Admissions Dr Saima Akhtar, Dr Mustafa Hyder the senior medical officer Dr Syed Abid Hasan, in-charge transport unit Dr Qadeer Muhammad Ali, the Controller of Examinations Dr Syed Zafar Hussain and others visited the examination rooms
