As many as 49 students of batches from 2017 to 2021 of the Undergraduate Degree Program of different faculties of Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam were awarded the scholarships cheques.

Registrar Sindh Agriculture University Ghulam Mohiy Uddin Qureshi distributed the cheques among the students, addressing to ceremony Ghulam Mohy Uddin Qureshi said that SAU has performed a pivotal role in assisting in scholarship programs to deserving students and providing the opportunity for extra-curricular programs to students to enhance their capacity building and career.

Prof Dr Muhammad Ismail Kumbhar Director of University Advancement and financial assistance SAU said that the Student Financial Aid office provides opportunities for the scholarships to our talented students and extends the awareness session with full assistance to students. We also welcome new sponsors and philanthropists to award scholarships to our talented students. He further added that E-Portal will be launched for stakeholders to give their valuable feedback to improve the service and quality.

Syed Nauman Ali Shah, Focal Person Scholarships spoke about the process of award of scholarship. and told that the amount of scholarship cheques is Rs 43000/- and Rs 45000/-
