Sindh Higher education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Asim Hussain has advised both public and private universities to make themselves self-sufficient. He was addressing a ceremony organised by Jinnah Sindh Medical University on Thursday, to honour graduates  conferred for civil awards 2019 by the government. He warned that the latest cuts in university budgets were due to financial crunch.
