ACP Karachi launched Khalid Moin’s novel “Wafoor”

The renowned journalist and poet Khalid Moin’s first novel “Wafoor” was launched by the Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) Karachi Talk Show Committee.

President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah, Syed Kashif Raza, Khalid Moin, Imran Sherwani, Rafaqat Hayat and Hina Ambreen spoke on the occasion. Shah said that Khalid Moin has a prominent name and place in poetry. His experience in writing novels is very good. He said that it is very difficult for a journalist to write novels. I congratulate him.

Journalist Zeb-e-Azkar said that the atmosphere of literature is rising with “abundance”, it is the best novel in terms of romance, politics and economics. All these qualities are present in this novel.

Expressing his views, Syed Kashif Raza said that Khalid Moin has written the novel with great effort and success in which the political situation has been mentioned and the background of the Corona pandemic has also been presented. He said that the story of the novel is very interesting.

The hope of life is reflected in the novel. The author of the book Khalid Moin said, “I have come a long way for “abundance”, I thank the fiction writers who encouraged me, in terms of poetry “Poetry is my first love. I can’t give it up even if I want to,” he said.

Rafaqat Hayat said that reading the prose of the novel, one does not realize that it is the first novel of Khalid Moin, there is a lot to read in it. We hope that Khalid Moin will try his best in this field, Hina Ambreen said that raising romance, including the pleasant moments and experiences of the past, is commendable.
