Vice Chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) Karachi Prof Dr Amjad Siraj Memon, Dr Javed Suleman and Dr Jabbar Khattak inaugurated the Alumni Secretariat presented to JSMU Alumni by the JSMU administration.
Registrar Dr Azam Khan, Dr Rahat Naz, Professor Salahuddin Qureshi, Kazi Kamal Haider, Shahabullah, Sameer Qureshi, Qazi Shabbir, Dr Fahad and others also attended the inaugurating ceremony.
On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University Prof Amjad Siraj Memon said that the aim of this Alumni Secretariat is to facilitate all the alumni who visit the University from all over the world including America.
“Through the Alumni Secretariat, the Alumni will be able to get help in the verification of documents and other matters in a systematic manner”, he added.
Dr Javed Suleman, alumnus of Jinnah Sindh Medical University and a well-known Pakistani Doctor from New York, said that with the opening of this Alumni Secretariat, the years old dream has been well fulfilled, under the leadership of Jabbar Khattak, it is planned to connect this secretariat of JSMU Alumni with the International Secretariat and for this purpose, JSMU’s US based alumni will support fully.
