The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) completed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Exams 2022 for the science group while the annual examinations for general group regular and private will continue till June 13.

This year, about 3 lac 11 thousand 645 candidates of Science Group participated in 445 examination centers. They included 159656 candidates of class ninth and 151989 candidates of class 10th of the science group.

During these examinations, vigilance teams comprising of chairman Board Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, Acting Secretary Board Contr5ollor Examinations, Deputy Secretary, and other officers visited the examination centers. According to an official statement issued by the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK), 410 candidates were using unfair means during the exams.

However, the board has registered cases against those candidates and their results will be withheld until the judicious committee decides these cases. The examination centers from which complaints of cheating are received will be blacklisted and further work will be done to improve the arrangements for exams. The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has already started to check exams and issue results at the given time.
