In a bid to promote sports and cultivate talent among the youth, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), laid the foundation stone for a Judo Academy and Resource Center at Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam.
