National Convention on Paigham-e-Pakistan to promote the national narrative to counter violence, extremism, and terrorism was organized under the Dawood Engineering University (DUET) in Karachi.
The Director General of Pakistan Rangers Sindh Major General Iftikhar Hassan Chaudhry attended the convention as a Chief Guest. The event was also attended by the Vice Chancellor Dr Faizullah Abbasi, Senator Retired Javed Jabbar, and various people belonging to different walks of life.
Addressing the convention of Dawood Engineering University (DUET) as a Chief Guest DG Rangers Major General Iftikhar Hassan Chaudhry said that Paigham-e-Pakistan is a declaration of safety for the youth and the next generation which is not only a message of inter-Muslim unity but also a reflection that we can find a lasting solution to our problems ourselves.
This unanimously agreed document titled “Paigham-e- Pakistan,” prepared in accordance with the injunctions of the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), and the Constitution of Pakistan, reflects the collective thinking of the State of Pakistan. The Message identifies the problems faced by the State of Pakistan and provides basis to devise a strategy to achieve the goals of Objectives Resolution. Moreover, through this Message, Pakistan is being projected as a strong, united, developed, cultured and modern nation in the international community.
