FCCU Alumni Reunion 2025: A Night of Nostalgia and Celebration

Forman Christian College (FCCU) held its much-anticipated Annual Alumni Reunion 2025, drawing together a diverse group of former students to celebrate the institution’s longstanding legacy and influence.

The evening’s proceedings were graced by Chief Secretary Punjab, Mr Zahid Akhtar Zaman, an esteemed FCCU alumnus, who attended as the chief guest. Reflecting on his time at the university, he acknowledged the pivotal role FCCU played in shaping his professional trajectory and lauded the strength of its alumni network.

Welcoming the attendees, Mr Attiazaz Munawar Ud Din, President of the Formanites Alumni Association (FAA) and CEO of Khazana Enterprises, emphasized the importance of alumni engagement in advancing FCCU’s mission. He encouraged graduates to maintain their ties with the institution and actively contribute to its growth.

One of the event’s highlights was the presentation of the Distinguished Formanite Award, which recognizes exceptional alumni for their national and international contributions. The 2025 honorees included:

  • Zahid Akhtar Zaman – Chief Secretary Punjab (Graduate of 1984 & 1988)
  • Shahzad Ali Malik – Group Marketing Director & CEO, Guard Agri (Graduate of 1978)
  • Inayat Ali Malhi – CEO, Spincot Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. (Graduate of 1962)

Dr Jonathan S Addleton, Rector of FCCU, extended his gratitude to the alumni community for their unwavering support and contributions to the university’s growing reputation on the global stage. He reaffirmed FCCU’s dedication to fostering lifelong relationships with its graduates.

The reunion concluded with a gala dinner and an electrifying live performance by renowned artist Sahir Ali Bagga, leaving attendees with fond memories and a renewed sense of camaraderie.
