Jhang :The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has recognised the University of Jhang as Degree Awarding Institute.
University of Jhang Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Munir congratulating the students and faculty said, “I am happy that the University of Jhang has been formally included in the list of approved universities by the Higher Education Commission.”
University of Jhang on its Facebook page paid tribute to the Vice Chancellor Dr Shahid and his team, syndicate members and especially the conscious people of Jhang for the achievement.
The university spokesperson expressed his hope that university will soon start PhD programs, as well. Being a public sector university, the varsity aims to meet the higher education needs of the students.
