IJT aims to conduct an International Youth Conference

Central President Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) Pakistan, Shakil Ahmed, announced the conference through a video address, emphasizing the need to unite and send a message of unity in the face of challenges across the Muslim world.

At a time when the Muslim world is engulfed in darkness and despair, the conference seeks to bring hope through the participation of youth from various organizations worldwide. The conference is scheduled for December 29th and 30th at the Expo Center in Karachi.

Delegates from youth organizations around the world will participate in different sessions during the two-day conference. The inaugural session will be addressed by the Central President of Islami Jamiat Talaba Pakistan, Brother Shakil Ahmed. The first session will feature Dr. Wasee Abu Zaid, Ph.D. scholar and graduate of Al-Azhar University, addressing contemporary challenges facing Islam globally.

Special guests for this session include Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muhanna, a member of the Central Shura Council for Palestinian Scholars, who will speak on emerging issues concerning Islam globally. Dr. Azam Ayyubi, the Amir of the Islamic Jamaat in Lebanon, will address the future of Islamic thought in politics.

Professor Dr. Mukhtar Shangati from Qatar University will discuss the global implications of border changes. The conference will also include special sessions on Kashmir and Palestine, with Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed addressing the Kashmir issue on behalf of the Amir of the Islamic Jamaat in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. A session on Al-Quds will feature Dr. Khalid Qadmi, spokesperson for Hamas, discussing the past, present, and future of the Palestinian issue.

A panel discussion on the aftermath of the Al-Aqsa storm will include Dr. Ashraf, the head of Hamas Youth Wing, Dr. Faisal Mustafa Parvez, Secretary-General of IIFSO, and Asif Luqman Qazi, Director of Foreign Affairs for the Islamic Jamaat in Pakistan. The conference will have special guest speaker Siraj ul Haq, the Amir of the Islamic Jamaat in Pakistan.

The conference will host renowned personalities, journalists, writers, and individuals from various walks of life from across the country. The two-day event will showcase galleries highlighting Muslim heroes, the rise of Muslims, Islamic achievements, contemporary challenges, the barriers of falsehood, and the accomplishments of Muslim youth.
