The National College of Arts (NCA) Gilgit campus celebrated a significant milestone today with the inauguration of an exhibition showcasing students’ artworks and the unveiling of new state-of-the-art facilities, including an IT lab and a library. The ceremony was attended by several esteemed dignitaries, such as Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Abrar Ahmed Mirza, Secretary IT, Secretary Tourism and Communication, DS to CS, DC Nagar, AC Gilgit, and other notable personalities.
