Isra University 6th convocation

The Isra University Karachi Campus on Saturday in its 6th Convocation awarded 203 degrees to the students of the Faculty of Medical, Vision Sciences and the Doctor of Physical Therapy.

At the convocation, Omar Tariq, Malaika, Maheen, and Hasnain Pasha won gold medals while Nayab Yaseen, Maryam Liaqat, Mahim Gul, and Aqsa Soomro won silver medals and Sana Bari, Hira Ulfat, and Maryam Bibi won bronze medals.

While addressing the convocation, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail said; “I hope that the graduates of this university will fulfill their responsibilities in the best the interest of country and the wellbeing of its people”.

He said that graduate students should serve the people of their own country in every way. The students should make their lives meaningful and make their place in society to the best of their ability. This day is the beginning of your practical career.

It is time for students to fulfill their dreams and take practical steps for the betterment of this country.

He advised the students who completed their education should set their goals for achieving more success in their practice career. “Doctors should offer themselves to serve in the backward and far-flung areas of the country where medical facilities are almost not available.

Governor Sindh congratulated the Isra University Chancellor Prof Dr Asadullah Qazi and Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Nazir Ashraf Leghari on the 6th successful convocation. He also distributed gold, silver, and bronze medals among the position holders.
