LAHORE: The Italian Ambassador to Pakistan Andreas Ferrarese visited National College of Arts (NCA) on Monday and praised the NCA role in the field of arts.
The distinguished guest visited various departments of the college and said that NCA has a unique position in the institutions of art. He also met the college faculty during his visit.
The institute was founded in 1875 as Mayo School of Industrial Arts named after British Viceroy Lord Mayo. The college was renamed as National College of Arts in 1958.
