KMU and Al-Burhan Unite to Strengthen Islamic Teachings

Khyber Medical University (KMU) and Al-Burhan Institute have forged a strategic partnership to promote Islamic values and nurture students’ emotional and spiritual well-being. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed during an academic session on Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) at KMU.

KMU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Ziaul Haq and Mufti Syed Adnan Kakakhail, Founder and CEO of Al-Burhan Institute, signed the agreement, aiming to instill ethical development and strengthen students’ connection with Islamic teachings.

Following the signing, a thought-provoking keynote address by Mufti Syed Adnan Kakakhail was held in Dr Hafeezullah Hall, attended by a large gathering of students, faculty members, and administrative staff. Mufti Kakakhail emphasized the relevance of Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) teachings in addressing modern-day challenges, urging students to integrate Islamic principles into their lives.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Ziaul Haq highlighted that the partnership between KMU and Al-Burhan is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings, enabling them to apply these principles practically while fostering emotional resilience and spiritual enlightenment.

The initiative marks a significant step in integrating faith-based guidance with academic growth, ensuring students receive holistic development in both their professional and personal lives.
