The Department of Mass Communication of the University of Karachi and Greenwich University inked the memorandum of understanding to collaborate and organize an international academic conference titled ‘international media conference on post-truth era; trends in media’.
The chairperson KU MCD Dr Fouzia Naz and the Head of Department Mass Communication and Media Studies GU Dr Sabir Ahmed signed the MoU documents at the KU mass communication department. The Dean Arts and Social Sciences Professor Dr Nusrat Idress and faculty of both departments were also present on this occasion.
The two-day international conference would be held on February 15 and 16, 2022 at the University of Karachi. Dr Sadia Mahmood from KU MCD and Dr Ayaz Ahmed Siddiqui from GU are appointed as the focal persons for the said conference.
