Karachi University Teachers’ Forum (KUTF ) has condemned the recent Israeli aggression in Al-Aqsa Mosque and Gaza against the Palestinians.

The forum in a statement issued on Wednesday has called on the United Nations, including the Government of Pakistan, to take all possible steps to stop the Israeli aggression that has been going on since last week. The Palestinians had been the victim of Israeli oppression for the last many decades, now it’s the right time for Muslim to stand against Zionist state together.

The teachers’ forum urged the international community that the eviction of Palestinians from their homes and the harassment of worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque without provocation is a proof that Israel does not want peace in the region.

In this case, the Palestinian state has the right to take all possible measures to protect its citizens. The teachers’ forum also appealed to the civilized world to do everything possible to help the Palestinian people in ensuring the safety of unarmed Palestinians.

At the same time, an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation should be convened to seek global approval for measures to prevent Israel from aggression.
