Lahore: Lahore College for Women University organized the 1st International Conference on Software Engineering and Emerging Technologies in the Department of Software Engineering. International speakers from Romania, Mexico, Ireland and the United Kingdom presented their recent work on emerging trends in the advanced discipline of Software Engineering. Vice Chancellor LCWU Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza (SI) emphasized the importance of establishing new departments in the emerging disciplines of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Internet of Things. Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran Dean Faculty of Electrical Engineering UET Lahore appreciated the efforts by newly established Department of Software Engineering for 1st International Conference in the Women University. Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology Prof. Dr. Intesar Ahmad and Head Department of Software Engineering Dr. Mohsin Nazir appreciated the continuous support by the Vice Chancellor, congratulated the research paper presenters and thanked the audience.
