Online Registration For Entrance Test Kicks-Off At UET

Online registration process for admissions in BSc Engineering and BSc Engineering Technology programs at the University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore, its affiliated engineering colleges and other engineering institutions around Punjab has kicked-off. Entry test will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2019, at 10:00 am.

For this purpose 13 examination centres have been set up including UET main campus G. T. Road Lahore, UET Kala Shah Kaku Campus, UET Taxila, International Islamic University, College of Engineering & Technology Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology Khanewal Road Multan, College of Engineering Islamia University Bahawalpur, Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Technology Rahim Yar Khan, NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research Faisalabad, University of Gujrat (UoG) Gujrat, Government College of Technology Rasul, Dr. A. Q. Khan Institute of Technology Mianwali and Quaid-e-Azam College of Engineering & Technology, Sahiwal.

After UET entry test (ECAT) applications for admission in BSc would be received from September 2019 onwards. Entry Test tokens will be available from designated HBL branches on payment of Rs 700/- till July 2, 2019. The admit card from the web portal can be printed by the candidate. To get the receipt of admit card, candidates have to fill in the entry test application by logging into the web link http://admission.uet.edu.pk with the help of the token serial number and token number.

Applicants were advised to apply at their earliest since the seating capacity was limited in each centre. Candidates will be allocated alternate test centre in case all seats in a centre of their choice were filled. The last date for data entry and generation of Admit Card was July 3, 2019.

Reprint of admit cards was permitted until the day of the test. If required, the applicants can also use the computer and printer facility in their designated computer laboratories at the above-mentioned centres till July 3, 2019, between 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a break of prayer, from Monday to Friday.

The result of combined entry test will be declared on July 21, 2019 (Midnight) and will be available at the web portal http://admission.uet.edu.pk. However, the key for self-marking will be uploaded on the website on the test date.

Applicants were advised to arrange for ID proofs like CNIC, SSC certificate, domicile, statement of entry or A level transcripts, for presentation in the entry test centres during the entry test. Failure to present a photo-ID may result in expulsion from the Test centre.
