Dr. Fateh Marri, Vice Chancellor, Sindh Agriculture University, has said that only education can bring development to the society, and the students of Sindh province are being provided scholarship opportunities for higher education in agriculture.
He was addressing to the inauguration ceremony of the RO Plant at the university campus donated by Ehsas Development Welfare Organization. The Vice Chancellor said that there are many problems in the society where most of the people are unable to educate their children due to poverty, lack of food and especially unemployment, he said the poverty rate is increasing day by day, In such a situation, the educational institutions are adorning the children of the poor with the adornment of education so that they can become self-sufficient and the country and the nation can be developed.
He further said that Sindh Agriculture University is trying to provide scholarships to its students through various means so that poor and deserving students can complete their higher education.
Dr. Fateh Marri said that this RO plant has been constructed in collaboration with Ehsan Development Welfare Organization which will provide cold and clean water to the students, faculty and staff of the university. Social institutions and personalities must play their par.
Mr Mushtaque Qureshi said that Ehsan Development Welfare Organization is carrying out welfare work, we consider welfare work as our first priority in the Educational institutions.
On this occasion, Mr Anwar Hussain Khanzada, Director Sports, Sindh Agriculture University Mr Anwar Hussain Khanzada and others also addressed.
Earlier, the Vice Chancellor Dr. Fateh Marri inaugurated the RO plant along with the Deans, Teacher, officers and representatives of Ehsan Development Welfare Organization, Dean, Dr Qamaruddin Chacahr, Dean Dr Aijaz Ali Khooharo, Dr. Syed Ghiasuddin Shah Rashdi, Dr Jan Mohammad Marri, Manzoor Hussain Lakhir, Mohammad Ashraf Rustamani and others were present.
