Punjab University (PU) Lahore’s Hailey College of Commerce (HCC) held a certificate distribution ceremony to honor the students who successfully completed the E-Commerce BootCamp. The event was attended by prominent figures, including PU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, HCC Principal Prof Dr Hafiz Zafar Ahmad, CEO of PNY Training Wahab Yunus, along with faculty members and students.

In his address, Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood commended the collective efforts of the organizing team, particularly recognizing Dr Zafar Ahmad, Dr Zeeshan Shoukat, and Dr Waqas Farooq. He praised their commitment to providing students with practical learning experiences that have honed their e-commerce skills, enabling them to start earning through digital platforms. Dr Mahmood emphasized the significance of such educational initiatives in equipping students for the rapidly evolving digital marketplace.

“This BootCamp is not just about learning but about preparing our students to thrive in the competitive world of e-commerce. The hands-on training they have received here will be instrumental in their future success,” Dr Mahmood stated.

Principal HCC Prof Dr Zafar Ahmad highlighted the importance of the ceremony as a celebration of achievement and progress. He expressed his pride in the students’ accomplishments and noted the collaborative spirit between HCC and PNY Training, which has been vital in delivering a successful program.

Students who participated in the BootCamp expressed their heartfelt gratitude to HCC and PNY Training. They acknowledged the value of the platform provided to them and were particularly excited about the announcement of a forthcoming incubation center, which is expected to further support and nurture entrepreneurial talent among the students.

The ceremony marked not only the end of an enriching learning journey but also the beginning of new opportunities for the students as they step into the world of e-commerce with confidence and competence.
