Punjab University (PU) Lahore’s Hailey College of Commerce (HCC) hosted a seminar focused on the ‘United People Global (UPG) Sustainability Leadership Program.’ The initiative offers participants a chance to secure a fully funded visit to the United States, fostering leadership in global sustainability efforts.

The UPG program aims to inspire individuals to contribute meaningfully towards making the world a better place. This seminar was the result of collaboration between the Director of the Hailey International Office, Dr Sadia Farooq, and the President of United People Global, Yemi Babington.

Organized under the supervision of Dr Farooq, the event received support from enthusiastic student volunteers and coordinators, Arooba Sumair and Seerat Fatima.

The seminar was met with great excitement from students, many of whom found the program inspiring and motivating. Attendees expressed eagerness to participate in global sustainability initiatives and appreciated the exposure to opportunities for leadership development on an international scale.

This seminar represents Hailey College’s commitment to promoting international collaboration and sustainability education, offering students new avenues to contribute to global change.
