The Punjab government has appointed Tahir Hussain Jafari as Controller Examination of Board of Intermediate and Secodary Education (BISE) Lahore here on Friday.
Academia Magazine highlighted the issue of key vacant post ahead of final examination of intermediate and matric. Taking notice of news, government immediately appionted senior subject speciallist geography previously appionted at Government Arif Higher Secondary School Mustabad Lahore Cantt.
The post was vacant since 2019 but government had appointed temporary controller since then. Last week the temporarily appionted Nasir Jamil got retired and post got vacant again.
In this regard a notification was also issued by Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab. According to notification Tahir Hussain was given additional charge of the post.
