A review meeting on the preparations of 8th Convocation of the University of Education was held under the chairmanship of Pro. Dr. Talat Naseer pasha (S.I.), which was attended by the heads of all the committees at the Bank Road Campus of the University on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha (SI) reviewed the performance of all the committees and expressed satisfaction over the arrangements. The Convocation is going to be held on August 9, 2021 at the Bank Road Campus of the University, with the chief guest being Chancellor / Governor of the Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar. Earlier, while reviewing the preparations for the convocation, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha (SI) said that the convocation is a great time for any educational institution. Undoubtedly, the University of Education enjoys a privileged position in the provision of quality education, as evidenced by its students who, after graduating from here, are performing their duty of serving the country in various fields. The Vice-Chancellor directed the heads of all the committees to maintain good coordination till the convocation is held successfully.
Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Arshad, Director Division of Science and Technology Prof. Dr. Alam Saeed, Director Division of Education, Dr. Muhammad Ayaz Khan, Principal Bank Road Campus, Prof. Dr. Shagufta Andleeb, Director Students Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Omar Saleem, Dr. Mubashar Nadeem, Sohail Ashfaq Butt, Muhammad Zubair Ikram, and other heads of committees were present on the occasion.
