KARACHI: The Sindh Agriculture University on Friday has extended form submission date for admissions in the undergraduate degree programs, in its affiliated colleges and sub-campuses.
According to a statement issued by the spokesman of the university, the Deans’ Committee of the SAU held its meeting to decide about the undergraduate programs keeping in view the current situation. The meeting was chaired the SAU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Fateh Marri.
The committee agreed that owing to the current situation of COVID-19 and Eid holidays, hundreds of candidates are unable to apply for admission. Therefore, the date of applications for admissions for the undergraduate degree program at the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Agricultural College Dokri, Khairpur College of Agricultural Engineering and Technologies and sub-campus Umerkot affiliated to the university should be extended till June 4, 2021. This decision was made in favor of students so that all the applicants can easily submit applications, the statement reads.
The varsity administration has informed the candidates to submit applications for admission in two colleges affiliated with the varsity and sub-campus till the fixed date.
