Sindh Madressatul Islam University has announced a 50 percent freeship for some selected degree programs of undergraduate level to encourage students for these programs.

These programs are normally considered as nonmainstream programs but their value and implications for society are unparalleled. Moreover, the career opportunities available in these fields are also multifold.

The programs that qualify for the free-ship are BS Education, B. Ed Education, BS Environmental Sciences, BS Sociology, BS Developmental Studies, and BS Mathematics. These programs enjoy the same facilities and competencies as enjoyed by any other program at SMIU.

Moreover, students seeking admission in these programs will benefit the most keeping in view the cost of higher education in the country especially amid the wave of economic conditions. SMIU always believes in contributing to society with its utmost efforts in academia and research.
