The JI leader expressed these views while visiting the final day of the 10-day camp “Parho or Parhaao”, held at Bag-e-Rizwan at the district central in Karachi.

On the occasion, the JI leader distributed prizes among successful students. Alkhidmat Pakistan head Dr Hafeez ur Rehman, JI leader Farooq Nematullah and others accompanied him during the visit.

A large number of people, including women and children, attended the camp and submitted curriculum and other books at various stalls.

Speaking on the occasion, Rehman said that students are the future of the country so the society and the government are under obligation to support them.

However, he maintained, the 49,000 public sector schools across Sindh, including over 4000 in Karachi alone are miserably failed in serving the basic purpose of their inception. No one trusts the educational system in the public sector schools, he said.

In this backdrop, he said, such type of education support activities held by the JI in collaboration with the local area residents are a blessing. He paid a rich tribute to the volunteers and those contributed for it. He also shed light in detail on the Bano Qabil program. Dr Hafeez ur Rehman, on behalf of Alkhidmat Pakistan, also assured the participants of full cooperation in regard to their education.
