Student Sustains Injury In Clash Between Groups At BZU

A student sustained serious injuries when two rival student groups clashed at Bahauddin Zakariya Univerisity, Multan.
Per details, members of the People’s Students Federation (PSF) and the Pashtun Student Council had a scuffle, after which a member of the PSF opened fire at the opposing group.

As a result, Zahid Khan sustained a bullet injury in his leg. The injured student was shifted to the hospital, while the activists of the Pashtun Student Council started a protest blocking the gates of the university.
The protesting students alleged that they had been continuously harassed and the university administration and the police had failed to take any action.
The police was later called to control the situation. According to reports, a student was arrested in connection with the incident.
