SU reschedules academic council’s elections

The Sindh University administration has rescheduled the election of Academic Council on Monday.

Registrar Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Bhutto has issued the notification in this regard.

According to the notification, applications have been invited from the Lecturers, Assistant Professors and Associate Professors for becoming members of the Academic Council of the University of Sindh by participating in the election.

The nomination forms will be issued from October 6, 2021 and the preliminary voter list will be displayed on the same day.

Similarly, objections could be lodged on the voter list on October 8 and the final voter list will be put on view on the same day.

According to the notification, nomination papers can be submitted on October 15 and these credentials will be scrutinized on the same day.

According to the notification, the list of nominees will be flaunted on October 20 and the candidates will be able to withdraw on October 22.

After which the final list of nominees will be displayed on October 28 and the election will be held on November 4 while the results will officially be announced on November 8.
