Superior University celebrated a milestone moment with the grandeur of its 7th Convocation, symbolizing the culmination of years of hard work and dedication for its graduating class as they prepare to embark on their journey beyond academia.
The esteemed presence of His Excellency Mr. Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman, the Governor of Punjab, elevated the event as he graced it as the Chief Guest. Alongside him were distinguished guests including Prof. Chaudhary Abdul Rehman, Chairman of The Superior Group, and Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman, Rector of Superior University.
A total of 3260 degrees were conferred during the ceremony, accompanied by the awarding of 17 doctorates and the presentation of 99 gold medals to outstanding students across various disciplines. Notably, the occasion was further distinguished by the conferral of honorary doctorate degrees upon Mr. Shahzad Nawaz, a multifaceted Imagineer, Communication Advocate, and Change Artist, celebrated for his significant contributions to Pakistan’s media and communication arts industry, and Mr. Irfan ul Haque Siddiqui, Senator and Chairman of the Senate’s Standing Committee on Education and Professional Training, in recognition of their remarkable service in their respective domains.
The Superior Convocation 2024 served as a tribute to the remarkable accomplishments of its graduates, underscoring the university’s unwavering commitment to student success and its enduring mission to nurture the next cadre of leaders poised to shape the future landscape of Pakistan.
