TEVTA to observe Students Day

TEVTA Students Day

Technical Education and Vocational Education Authority (TEVTA) Punjab has announced to observe Students Day at TEVTA institutes.

Secretary Industries Ehsan Bhutta has said that Student’s Day will be observed in TEVTA Institutes and one day every month will be allocated for co-curricular activities.

He was presiding over a high-level meeting in the TEVTA secretariat. The meeting was attended by Mr Ahmad Khawar Shahzad, COO TEVTA, Mr Akhtar Abbas Bharwana, Senior Director General TEVTA, and all Director Generals. Whereas three Regional Directors and all District Directors attended the meeting virtually.

The Secretary Industries directed the officials to mobilize TEVTA Alumni and invite them to institutes for interaction with students. He further instructed them to pay special heed to the communication skills of students for confidence building. The Secretary Industries emphasized all the Regional Directors ensure the respectful farewell of all retiring employees and teachers with a dignified official ceremony.

Mr Ehsan Bhutta said every TEVTA institute will announce and bestow certificates to Best Student of the Month, Best Teacher, and Best Employee of the Month. He further asked for regular reporting on ongoing development work. Students Day will be celebrated in TEVTA Colleges of Technology across Punjab on 15th July.
