LAHORE: Faculty of Media and Communication Studies (FMCS) of the University of Central Punjab has launched their first digital newsletter titled ‘Communication Times’.

The first issue featured the initiatives of the Faculty of Media that also gave details about faculty’s modern programs and courses on electronic and print media, professional journalism, digital media, entrepreneurship theater, film and TV.

It also sheds light on research shelves and profiles of new faculty members and alumni who are part of the faculty.

The digital newsletter also included a message from Dean FMCS Prof. Dr. Taimoor-ul-Hassan.

Dr Taimoor commended the efforts of the editorial team comprising Momina Abrar, Atiya Dar, Ayesha Hakim and congratulated the entire team of FMCS on the launch of the first digital newsletter.

FMCS has state-of-the-art in-house TV Studio/Production House that provides an ideal opportunity for students to get hands-on training to produce news bulletins, news reports, talk shows, short films, documentaries as well as experience virtual studio productions.
