The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has established a dedicated special desk to facilitate the timely issuance of roll number slips for students appearing in the upcoming matriculation annual examinations.
The initiative has been launched following the directives of Rizwan Nazir, who urged students unable to download their roll number slips to immediately contact the board for assistance.
According to the board administration, the special desk has been set up to ensure that no student faces difficulty in obtaining the required documents before the examinations begin. Officials stated that the board has already issued 100 percent of the roll number slips; however, some students may encounter technical issues while accessing them online.
Students who are facing problems have been advised to visit the board office in person and bring their admission form slip so their issue can be resolved promptly. The administration emphasized that staff at the special desk are fully prepared to provide immediate assistance.
In addition, educational institutions have been directed to remain in close coordination with the board. Schools and colleges have been asked to inform the authorities immediately if any of their students are unable to download their roll number slips, enabling the board to respond quickly.
Sources indicated that slow internet connectivity has been a major challenge for some students trying to download their slips online. Officials, however, reassured that the newly established facilitation desk is equipped to address such issues without delay.

The matriculation annual examinations under the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore are scheduled to commence on March 27. With nearly two weeks remaining before the exams, the board hopes the initiative will eliminate last-minute complications and ensure a smooth start to the examination process.
