The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has announced a new round of fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students seeking to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees in China, creating a major opportunity for advanced studies abroad.
According to the HEC, the scholarships will provide comprehensive financial support, covering full tuition fees, accommodation, medical insurance, and a monthly living stipend. This extensive coverage is intended to ease the financial burden on students and allow them to focus entirely on their academic and research pursuits.
Students from a wide range of academic backgrounds are eligible to apply, including Engineering, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences. The program is open to qualified candidates who meet the academic and eligibility criteria set by the HEC and participating Chinese universities.
All applications must be submitted through the official HEC online portal, with the deadline set for January 18, 2026. Applicants are advised to complete the process well before the closing date to avoid technical or documentation issues.
