The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced a new date for the Law Admission Test (LAT) in Balochistan, shifting the exam from November 9, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The postponement comes in response to the prevailing law-and-order situation in the province, which officials say has raised security concerns for candidates and staff.
In an official statement, the HEC emphasized that the decision was taken to ensure a safe and well-organized testing environment for aspiring law students. The commission stated that safeguarding the wellbeing of examinees remains a top priority.
