The National Academy of Higher Education-supported National Outreach Programme for Faculty and National Outreach Programme for Management concluded with a joint closing ceremony at the Senate Hall of the Vice-Chancellor Secretariat at University of Sindh.
Managing Director of the academy, Dr Noor Amna Malik, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and highlighted the importance of institutional leadership, teamwork and continuous professional development. Interacting with participants, she urged officers to effectively apply and disseminate the knowledge gained during the programmes, maintain professionalism in conduct and communication, and align their efforts with the broader vision of their institutions.
Dr Malik also shared plans for potential international training opportunities and announced that a specialised programme for Heads of Departments would soon be launched to further strengthen academic leadership.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Fateh Muhammad Marri described the outreach programmes as transformative initiatives, underscoring the role of innovation, collaboration and lifelong learning in driving institutional progress. He emphasised that such capacity-building efforts are essential for enhancing the quality of higher education in the country.
Training Coordinator Prof Dr Arfana Mallah elaborated on the scope and outcomes of the programmes, noting that participants had engaged in reflective learning and practical skill development. Participants, in turn, termed the experience both empowering and insightful, expressing confidence in applying their learning within their respective roles.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates among successful participants, marking the completion of the faculty and management training programmes.
