The Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab has declared summer vacations for all public and private colleges in the province, beginning on May 28, 2025, and ending on August 14, 2025.
As per the official notice, all colleges will suspend regular academic operations during this period, with classes resuming on August 15, 2025. However, BS 4-year programs will continue uninterrupted, following the academic schedules set by their respective universities.
The department confirmed that all scheduled exams and practicals—including those conducted by universities and educational boards—will proceed as planned. While regular college students will enjoy nearly three months off, BS program students must adhere to their university timetables to avoid missing important coursework or assessments.
