Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) has launched Forman Forward: An Incredible Journey from 2000–2025, a coffee table book documenting 25 years of the university’s development, achievements and community life.
The book was unveiled at a special gathering attended by FCCU senior management, faculty and staff, members of the diplomatic and cultural communities, and senior representatives of national media organizations.
FCCU Rector Dr Jonathan S. Addleton was the chief guest at the event. Among the distinguished guests was Ghulam Dastgir Khan, Consul General of Hungary, along with other representatives from the diplomatic and cultural community. Senior media professionals and bureau chiefs from leading national media organizations also attended the launch.
The event began with welcome remarks by Badia Raza, Chief Marketing and Outreach Officer at FCCU, who described the occasion as a celebration of a journey shared by generations of Formanites.
Speaking at the gathering, Dr Addleton emphasized the importance of preserving the university’s institutional history and recognizing the individuals whose contributions have shaped its growth and development over the years.
The launch also brought together members of the wider Forman community with representatives from diplomatic, cultural and media circles, creating an opportunity to reflect on the university’s past while looking towards its future.

Forman Forward presents a visual account of FCCU’s journey from 2000 to 2025, highlighting the service, dedication, achievements and collective memories of the people who have contributed to the institution. The publication also looks ahead to the university’s continuing journey and its aspirations for the years to come.
