The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has announced a large-scale recruitment drive, opening doors for qualified professionals across the province. The deadline for applications has been set for September 25, 2025.
The announcement was made by Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat through a post on X (formerly Twitter), where he urged eligible candidates to apply and “become part of the department.” A direct link to the application portal was also shared for public convenience.
According to the official notification, applicants must be between 40 and 65 years of age and possess a valid Punjab domicile. The advertised positions offer competitive monthly salaries ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 350,000, depending on the role.
The application process is being conducted in two phases. Candidates must first complete an online form through the PHEC website by September 25. A signed hard copy of the same form, along with a CV, CNIC copy, academic certificates, and photographs, must then be sent via registered post or courier. The documents must arrive no later than 5:00 PM on September 26, 2025.
Applications require a non-refundable processing fee, which varies by position: Rs 2,000 for Director General/Director, Rs 1,500 for Deputy Director, and Rs 1,000 for other posts such as Assistant Director, Accountant, and Research Assistant. Payments must be deposited into the designated Bank of Punjab account, with proof of payment attached to the hard copy submission.
Candidates applying for multiple posts will need to submit separate applications for each. Additionally, the desired post must be clearly written on the envelope. Government employees are required to apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.

The PHEC has stated that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for tests or interviews. Interested candidates are advised to carefully review the official advertisement and ensure that their applications are complete and timely to avoid disqualification.
