Education is a fundamental human right and should be accessible to all, irrespective of their gender, caste, colour or creed. According to the Article 37 of the Constitution of Pakistan, education is a fundamental human right. However, gender discrepancies are practiced against female scholars in Pakistan, who lack the means and opportunities to pursue quality education.
