Primary schools and basic health services in Punjab will be converted to solar energy by the end of this year. According to details, Punjab’s Minister for Energy Akhtar Malik announced that a $86 million project was underway to convert medical centres and educational institutes to solar energy,  in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank.
