The Institute of Ophthalmology of the Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences on Monday hosted a three-day Ophthalmology Conference titled Current Trend on Ophthalmology.

In which more than 70 research papers were presented by speakers from all over the country. Speaking on the occasion, LUMHS VC Prof. Dr. Ikram Uddin Ujjan who was the special guest of the conference said that the organizers of the conference deserved congratulations on the successful organization of the Ophthalmology Conference.

He said that handing over the management of Hyderabad Eye Hospital to Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro is a good move. On the first day of the conference, a workshop was organized in which corneal transplantation will be done at the Institute of Ophthalmology, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro.

General Practitioner, a large number of postgraduate students attended the conference.
