GCU postponed all exams for two week 

LAHORE: All examinations at Government College University (GCU) have been postponed, immediately, for at least another two weeks.

The Vice Chancellor of Government College University (GCU) Asghar Zaidi said, “This is for precautionary measures against any further spread of Coronavirus. Students advised to stay at home and follow SOPs. No online examinations.”

“This notice is urgently relevant to 1st Semester students whose on-campus examinations were due to start today. The notice is also relevant to those MPhil/PhD students who had exams scheduled during these two weeks,” the GCU VC said.

He clarified that all these exams will be scheduled on the campus when the University opens again in two weeks’ time. However, the lab and library will remain open but only for research students.

“All administration staff stay at home unless requested,” Prof Dr Asghar Zaidi said.
