He also pursued a career in football since his time in Thailand, being recruited by Chiangrai United’s academy, making it to the first team in Chiangrai United in Thailand’s top flight in the Thai Premier League and later joining Chiang Rai Lanna.

Nawabzada Jamal Khan Raisani’s Grandfather Ghous Bakhsh Raisani, served as the governor of the Balochistan province between 1970 and 1971 and his uncle Aslam Raisani was the 13th chief minister of the province from 2008 to 2013. Following the political legacy of his family, Nawabzada Jamal Khan Raisani entered the political arena. He initially entered the Balochistan Awami Party but soon shifted to the Pakistan People’s Party in 2022. Nawabzada Jamal Khan Raisani became the coordinator and the chief minister of Balochistan of Youth Affairs in 2022.

Later, he also became the Caretaker Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs, and Culture in 2023, making history as the youngest minister of Pakistan. Nawabzada Jamal Raisani also won the Pakistan General Election from NA-264 Quetta as a Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarian (PPPP) candidate. He is the youngest ever lawmaker as well as the youngest member of the National Assembly of Pakistan to date.
