Result of a common Entry Test for admissions in B.Sc Engineering and B.Sc Engineering Technology programmes, at University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, its affiliated colleges and other engineering institutions, has been announced.

The result is available on university website https://admission.uet.edu.pk and candidates can acquire information about their results by entering their roll number and CNIC number at university official website.

The test was held simultaneously at 13 centres established in all over Punjab and more than 46000 engineering aspirants appeared in ECAT 2019, while the total number of seats in UET main campus and its affiliated colleges are 2500.

Faiq Irfan Rashid from Lahore topped the exam by securing 336 marks out of a total of 400. Abdul Saboor from Lahore secured the second position with 313 marks, while Arham Farooq from Multan got the third position with 308 marks, respectively.

The weightage of marks obtained in Entry test was 30 percent, however, the weightage of FSC marks was 70 percent. Candidates who have cleared the exam can get UET prospectus, available at designated HBL branches on payment of Rs. 1000/-, after BISE declares the result of Intermediate PART II  examination.
