Universities across the country observed a “black-day” on Monday on a call by Federation of All Pakistan Academic Staff Association (FAPUASA) to condemn teachers’ handcuffing and disrespectful behaviour by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials, demanding the prime minister of Pakistan, NAB chairman and Punjab chief minister tender an apology to the nation.
