The University of Karachi has uploaded the admission list of the Evening BS Program 2022 on the varsity’s official web portal.
The KU Directorate of Admissions has directed the successful candidates to check their form numbers on the web portal and asked them to download and fill out their enrollment form and fee voucher from their online admission portal.
Advising the students, the in-charge KU Directorate of Admissions Dr Saima Akhtar said that students should submit the color printout of their enrollment form. The candidates are directed to visit the KU Gymnasium Hall with an original marks sheet of their past exams and character certificate, a copy of computerized national identity card, a copy of matriculation and intermediate certificate or mark sheet, original migration certificate/equivalence certificate (where applicable), a scanned copy of the paid admission fee voucher should also be attached on the web portal.
Dr Saima Akhtar said that fees would be collected from January 26 to February 4, from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm, and as per the government’s instruction regarding the Covid-19, different days are allocated to every candidate for fee submission, and those dates are also mentioned on the candidate’s fee voucher.
She added that candidates are directed to submit their fee within the allocated days and the admission fee would only be deposited at the nominated bank on-campus at Gymnasium Hall. She mentioned that no other bank or branch has been authorized to collect the form and fees from the candidates.
Dr Saima Akhtar informed that candidates have to visit the admission committee counter, which has been set up at the KU Gymnasium, to verify the documents, after which students would be able to submit their cash fees and enrollment form.
All students and their parents are directed to observe the standard operating procedures announced by the governments for coronavirus.
Meanwhile, she said that those candidates, who are not satisfied with their results, could submit the claim form from their online admission portal.
According to her, the KU would accept the claims forms till January 28, 2021. She advised the candidates to keep the closing percentage in mind while filing a claim form.
