The Board of Secondary Education Karachi Chairman Syed Sharaf Ali Shah has said that as per the notification issued by the School Education and Literacy Department all arrangement for annual exams of 9th and 10th classes starting from July 5 have been completed.
In the first phase exams for 10th class would be conducted while after that the ninth grade exams will be taken. This year, around 350,000 candidates will be appearing in the annual exams.
He said that the process of submitting annual examination forms would continue till June 30, after which no form would be acceptable. In addition, admit cards have been issued to regular candidates and schools. Similarly, the admit cards of private candidates are being sent to their residential address.
In case of non-receipt, candidates can collected admit cards after showing fee voucher and a copy of previous admit card after July 1 from the relevant section of the Board Office, Block A, Room no. 5 and Room no. 11 .
The school principals or their authorized representatives can receive equipment for exam centers from the board office examination store. According to the schedule, only New Karachi North Nazimabad, Gulberg, Liaquatabad examination centers can get furniture from the board.
